The Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling (ICM) is an international
contest for high school students and college undergraduates.
ICM is an extension of the Mathematical Contest
in Modeling (MCM). It is designed to develop and advance
interdisciplinary problem-solving skills as well as competence
in written communication. Registration for ICM is via MCM; advisors wishing to register
teams for ICM should proceed to the MCM web
site and should follow the instructions there for registering
a team for MCM. When the contest begins, ICM teams should be
sure to select "problem C" from the list of problems
available. (Problems A and B are for MCM.)
